Today in Key club we made yarn pumpkins and little goody bags with sweets for people in hospice care. While the vibe in the club was cheery, I did think about the people in hospice care and the pain the families must be going through. Especially with the beginning of the holiday season this time of year is especially difficult for some people. I feel like I practiced the IB learner trait of caring because I feel very compassionate for the families in this difficult situation. I am glad I could do something to hopefully brighten up people days in possible their last days. I hope I did impact someone positively.
